[Part 1/2] Take this Job and Chèvre it!: Evening Wine and Goat Chèvre Tasting

From the udder to the supermarket, the process of cheesemaking is a science AND an art with a history as complex as a cave-aged Roquefort.
Part 1 of this class, we host a cheese tasting of raw chèvre at Kindred Spirits along with your favorite glass of wine.
Part 2, hosted by Pi Creamery at the Lazy T Ranch in Talent, allows participants to try their hand at milking a goat, help out with the early processes of crafting a cheese, and get a sense of the rhythms and artistry behind making a good cheese. At the end, we'll whip up a batch of fresh ice cream for all to share.
