♥ DIY RAIN BARRELS - Valentines Special ♥
Time: 5:30 - 7:00
102 Home St., Talent, OR 97540
Instructor: Talent Maker City
Looking to mix it up this Valentines Day? Few things say I love you like a 90-minutes of teamwork to build your very own rain catchment system! After we're SAFELY done using tools, we'll toast our love for DIY projects with a splash of wine and some delectable Harry & David truffles.
Did you know that for every inch of rain that falls on a 1,000 sq. ft. roof there's roughly 600 gallons of water going down the drain!?!? Rain barrels are an efficient way to catch some of that water and store it for future use! In this workshop, you’ll use basic hand and power tools to construct your own rain barrel, learn how to harvest rainwater from your roof, store it, and use it in your landscaping.
