In this Throwing Clay introduction, you’ll make your own custom-made bowls or mugs using our pottery wheels and some basic trimming tools. As always, this workshop will be a supportive learning environment for you to develop basic pottery skills and get to know our tools and equipment in the clay shop! You’ll throw and trim over 4 sessions.  The first class is 2 1/2 hours long as there is more to cover; each workshop after that is 2 hours long.

Cost includes instruction and space. If you make something during the workshops that you would like to keep, sign up for one of our Stop, Drop, n Glaze workshops at least two weeks after this class to learn about glazing while you glaze your own piece.

Cost includes all four workshops, materials, space, and instruction.
